Position Title: QC Lab Intern
Company/Location: Mount Olive Pickle Company/ Mt. Olive, North Carolina
Description: Intern will work with Quality Supervisor and evaluate incoming fresh and brined product. Intern will also conduct research experiments on improving fermentation process and minimizing waste. Additional duties include testing acidity, salt and pH of product.
Additional Details:
Internship lasts May- August, working Monday-Saturday. Pay $10/hr, housing not provided.
