Job Title: Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

Description: The primary responsibility of this position is to continue and further develop a nationally recognized extension and applied research program in the area of seafood technology. The Assistant/Associate/Full Professor will serve as the seafood technology specialist in the School of Nutrition and Food Sciences, a position jointly supported by the LSU Agricultural Center and the Louisiana Sea Grant College Program. The incumbent will lead and support state-level programming pertaining to seafood processing and quality including food safety, HACCP, processing technology, waste disposal and other related areas.
