Teaching and/or Extension Activities:

Teaching: Advise Undergraduate, MS and PhD students.

Extension: Food safety/food allergy related issues in food industry.

Research Area:
Research interests include determination of minimal elciting doses for specific allergenic foods; examination of the digestive stability of major food allergens and monitoring the in vivo distribution of digestion-resistant allergens in the human body; and the development of immunochemical methods for detection of allergenic food proteins.
