    Corporate QA/QC Manager
    Company Name:  Darifair Foods, Inc.
    Summary:  The position will involve daily interaction with food science, culinary, sales and administrative departments. This position offers the potential to gain experience in a wide variety of facets of the food industry.  This position will manage the QA/QC functions associated with producing products at more than 25 manufacturing locations, approving new manufacturing partners and vendors, addressing customer concerns, questions and issues, and contribute to the R&D process with QA/QC considerations as needed. This position will work from the Darifair corporate office and will focus on ensuring that Darifair remains current in appropriate and effective QA/QC practices as applicable to the commodity products and value-added items developed by the Darifair R&D team. This position may require up to 30 % travel (initial plant audits and validation, vendor audits as needed, customer trial runs using Darifair products as needed, etc.)
    Requirements:  Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Science or other related field with a minimum of 3 years experience.

    Summary:   The Kellogg Omaha Plant is seeking a scientifically minded individual for their Quality Department. This individual will be implementing sample collection procedures and inspecting machinery for high standards of cleanliness.
    Requirements:  Candidates MUST have a background and/or education in food science, biology, chemistry, or pharmacology. Must be familiar with or experienced with Good Manufacturing Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures. Candidate should be currently enrolled in college at a minimum of a sophomore class level.     Post Doctoral Position in Bone/Calcium Metabolism
    Company Name:  Purdue University
    Summary:  The research will use animal models to study gene-by-environment (diet) interactions influencing bone biology. 
    Requirements:  The candidate must have a Ph.D. in cell biology, genetics, physiology, or nutrition science.  Only people with prior animal research experience will be considered. Types of skills that will be used for this job include animal handling and breeding colony management, basic molecular cloning, transgenic mouse generation, bone phenotyping (e.g. dexa, pQCT, microCT, histomorphometry), and gene expression analysis.
