FPC Research Discussed in Daily Nebraskan

Dr. Kyureghian interviewed on frozen food research
The October 26, 2009 edition of the Daily Nebraskan featured an article on a study by The Food Processing Center on the nutritional value of frozen foods.  Dr. Gayaneh Kyureghian, Research Assistant Professor with The FPC, was interviewed for the article.
