Food Science Seminar for Monday, April 21
Audrey Wesseling and Anuja Patnaik to present
On Monday, April 21, we will have two speakers for our Food Science Seminar. Graduate student Audrey Wesseling will be presenting "Development of Predictive Models for the Growth of Enterobacter sakazakii in Reconstituted Infant Formula." Also, graduate student Anuja Patnaik will be presenting "Development of Glycoarray Substrates for investigation of Bacteria-host Interaction." Please join them on Monday, April 21 at 4 PM in FIC 42.
