Teacher Resources

Supporting the efforts of Nebraska's K-12 teachers of the sciences and related fields is an important goal of the Department of Food Science and Technology. We work to accomplish this through events sponsored or supported by the department, curriculum materials and inservice opportunities made available to teachers, visiting Nebraska classrooms as guest speakers and hosting school group field trips in our facility. To take advantage of these programs, visit the links below. Any questions or speaker requests should be addressed to Megan Patent-Nygren at 402.472.5783 or via email.
